About Healthy Families
Healthy Families Massachusetts, an affiliate of Healthy Families America®, is a free and voluntary support program for first-time moms and dads age 23 and under. Young parents across Massachusetts can sign up for the program during pregnancy and continue up to the child’s third birthday. With Healthy Families by your side, you can build the bright future you see for yourself, your baby, and your family!

Get Parenting Support
We’ll partner with you to help you tackle the challenges that parenting can bring on, find resources in your community, and know what to expect during pregnancy and parenting your child.
Achieve Personal Goals
We’ll also work with you to help you achieve the personal goals you set for yourself, such as finishing school or finding the right job.
